FAQ

How are we different?

Being based in Adelaide has numerous advantages including our short lead times, and products being made to order. We take a personal approach. Our team will work closely with you to create distinctive fragrances tailored to your specific needs.

Do you have a list of the fragrances and flavours you create?

If we were to compile a list of all the fragrances we’ve made over the years, it would span thousands of pages. Instead, we offer the latest creations that cater to the current market demands.

Can I use your fragrances or flavours in any product?

Not all fragrances are suitable for every application. To ensure we get it right from the start, we shall ask you to complete a project brief form. This helps us identify and resolve any issues or misunderstandings, allowing us to adapt the formulation to your needs.

Do you provide fragrance and flavour samples?

Indeed, we provide samples for your evaluation and testing. Our standard sample size is 15g. Each sample will be given an individual code for identification, and our lab collaborates with the sales team to track the samples provided.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Fragrance 10kg, Flavours 5kg and Plant Extracts 20kg

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally. We need to know this before we start the process so we can ensure the product meets the regulations of the country in which it will be used.

What documentation is supplied?

We send a copy of the EU Allergens statement and the IFRA Compliance Certificate. If you require any other documentation please just ask.

Do you offer natural essential oils?

Although essential oils aren’t part of our main offering, we’re open to exploring options based on your needs and specifications.

Are synthetic fragrances dangerous?

All materials used to make fragrances, natural or synthetic, are tightly regulated so this isn’t the case. Many natural ingredients contain allergens or carcinogens and therefore need to be chosen carefully.

But are natural fragrances better?

This is often not the case. Natural fragrances may have a shorter shelf life and cannot be of guaranteed quality and consistency. By using technology, we can harness the beauty of nature to offer innovative and unique scents that are partly not naturally occurring in an eco-friendly way without using often scarce resources.
