However, incomplete or insufficient information can sometimes hinder our ability to deliver timely and accurate results.


Step 1.

First, complete a project brief form which can be found on our contact us page. Take a few extra moments to provide us with detailed information about your requests – including any product claims being made and whether you plan to export the product, what feelings/tastes/emotions you are looking to convey, and your budget – helps streamline the entire process and reduces potential delays or unexpected issues.


Step 2.

Based on the information you have provided, our team will begin defining, selecting and creating scents or tastes that align with your vision to best suit your product and brand.


Step 3.

Before we send anything to you, all samples will be thoroughly screened for compliance, and we ensure each will have its own documentation (including EU Allergens Statement and IFRA Compliance Certificate) and any other specific technical documents that are required. We also provide detailed fragrance profiles to help in understanding the fragrances we offer.


Step 4.

We will now prepare samples for you (standard sample size is 15g) and it’s your turn to evaluate and assess.


Step 5.

Once an order is received, we can begin manufacturing in our Adelaide facility. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days from the time of your order.


Step 6.

The product is packed and ready for dispatch to you.
